1950’s Alexander-kin Wendy walker Doll Tagged Rare EAGLE WING BLAZER RED SKIRT

PLEASE READ! You are buying as is! Ask any questions and view all pictures before bidding. I am not a dealer or a shop owner just a doll lover who is downsizing in her retirement. This little cutie is all original except for possibly missing her stockings. Her hair is in the original set and still shiny. The dolls face and limbs coloring seems light or faded to me but I think it may be The original color of the plastic when manufactured; I do not know for sure. Her eyes still work very well and will actually flutter at you in the right position. Her walking with head turning still works great although the legs seem a little bit loose. Her outfit is tagged and in good condition. The white felt jacket with red trim has a metal winged Eagle emblem and two metal snaps. The jacket has some fading and discoloring from aging and two small holes in the back of the jacket but it’s still strong and firm. I have tried to identify what the eagle on the jacket means but have been unable to, you may know? The dress underneath has a white sleeveless top with Rick rack trim a pleated skirt and snap closures. I can find no rips or tears and it is in very good condition. Her shoes have slight parting at the seams at the back but are still in good condition for their age. I did not try to unsnap them as this often at this age may break them. Her cream colored taffeta panties have lace trim And seem a little baggy but no holes or rips. I believe she would be a great doll for anyone’s collection of 1950s dolls. There could be some small flaws that I have missed so please remember you are buying as is and I do not except returns. Thanks so much for reading!
