My daughter bought this for her bathroom but due to her set up she would have had to knock out part of the wall in her kitchen for the plumber to change it.  By the time she actually got the plumber to look at it, 30 days had already passed and it could not be returned to Amazon.  The plumber only removed the diverter from the box to view it.  Install was never actually attempted in any way.
