Preparation:
(à 150g) Pork chops (alternatively turkey or veal), 50ml (4 tbsp) whipped cream, 1 tbsp oil cutlet in hot oil, remove from the pan and warm.
Add 250 ml of water and 50 ml of cream to the pan, stir in the contents of the bag and boil.
Add schnitzel and let it get hot.
This is served with spaetzle and a salad.
