Preparation:
300 g chicken slices (alternatively turkey), 150 g mushrooms, 125 g dried spaetzle, 2 onions, 100 ml whipped cream, 1 tablespoon oil Peeled, halved onions and mushrooms cut into slices. Fry the sliced meat in a pot in hot oil. Fry onions and mushrooms. Add 500 ml of water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Add uncooked spaetzle and cover with low heat for 15-20 minutes until the spaetzle is cooked. Stir occasionally. Add 100 ml of cream and let it warm.
