You are looking at a pair of Silver 1/4" elastic shoes for your 20" Miss Revlon, ~ Cissy and others. The bases are Silver Hard plastic with matching Silver/Gray felt inner soles. I've hand sewn both the toe and ankle straps together then attached them in a special way that they can not pull apart or off.
I sew the elastic together before I glue down the inner soles, I also attach the elastic to the shoes in a way they can not pull off.
These shoes will fit your 20" Cissy ~ Miss Revlon ~ 21" Madame Alexander Portrait Dolls ~ Dollikins ~ Toni ~ Margie ~ Sweet Sue Sophisticate ~ 19' Horsman Cindy ~ will also fit the new Cissy.
Shoes are 2  1/8" long by 7/8" wide at widest part of flat toe area.
