    RETURN POLICY
    Item must be in its original package. Anything return without original box will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The reason is that we have to return the product in its (best) condition back to manufacturers otherwise they will charge us 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for an RMA number before any kind of return. Anything without an RMA number will be accepted but we have to charge you 10% processing fee because it takes time to locate, identify your item and problem(s) which will affect all our other valued customers. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost regardless of situation because if you send an item back for a refund, we will issue full refund or if you send an item back for an exchange, we will ship a replacement to you for free.
