Warranty
We guarantee this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship 1 year from the date of purchase. Defects are limited to any defect which is a result of the manufacturing process. Excluded are damages which can be caused during normal installation whenever proper procedures are not followed. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to instructions, repairs or alterations by anyone other than us, or forces of nature. Our responsibility is limited to the manufacture of the parts and materials.
Shipping

5. It's important to ask in advance if you will require
lift-gate delivery
as most trucks are not equipped with a lift-gate. Carriers are not obligated to provide trucks with lift gates when trucks or operators are not available.

Receiving a Shipment
1. We do not own or operate any trucks or shipping service, we do not have any control over the company’s driving skills or exact delivery times.  Our responsibility ends at the point items are loaded in the truck. Therefore, we are not liable for freight claims but we will assist through the claim process.
2. We have attached caution and warning labels to the packages to remind customers to thoroughly inspect it before signing the delivery receipt.
3. The customer should be available to sign for the shipment of the delivery.
4. If you determine that your shipment has been mishandled in transit, you should note all damaged and missing materials on the delivery receipt. Notify us within 7 days of the shipment’s delivery. We will require pictures of the damaged items for confirmation.
