PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A favourite hot & spicy ready-to-cook Malaysian sauce with chilli, tomato paste and lemon grass. Traditionally cooked with seafood.

INGREDIENTS:
Onion, Garlic, Water, Tomato Paste (11%), Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Chilli (2.5%), Modified Tapioca Starch, Lemon Grass (2%), Tamarind, Yeast Extract
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine 1 pack of Brahim's Sambal Tumis Sauce with 300g prawns or squids and 80ml (1/3 cup) water.
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 8 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
STORAGE:
Once opened keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours.
