The slip has elastic at the waist with ruffles both on the inside and outside of the slip.  This slip can be worn under any full-skirted dress or skirt. Although these slips are listed in just two colors of taffeta, white, or pink, they can be ordered in most other colors. This slip will give your Cissy outfits the bouffant look she needs to look oh-so-chic.
