This auction is for something incredibly cool: Great Chicago memorabilia.
This is a genuine chef’s hat from a wonderful Chicago-area restaurant: Courtright’s restaurant in Willow Springs, IL. The hat is white. The logo is green.
Courtright’s was open from 1995 through 2013. It was, IMHO, one of the best restaurants (four stars) in the Chicago area. Courtright’s provided
an elegant dining experience while offering classic and contemporary French-inspired fare within a beautiful dining room surrounded by gardens. The restaurant was located next to a forest park. From the dining room’s incredible giant glass windows, it was not unusual to see deer come down the hill to feed on the salt blocks.
Anyway, I acquired this piece of memorabilia at one of the restaurant’s special events. It is new, never used.
