    This is a genuine probe for DER-EE's LCR meter DE-5000.
    4-terminal Kelvin connection measurement of chip parts is possible.
    One-touch mounting on the measurement terminal of the DE-5000 main unit.
    ■ Main specifications
    ・ One-touch attachment / detachment method, measurement +/- polarity display, with banana jack for guard
    ・ 4-wire Kelvin connection (the connection with the measuring instrument is gold-plated)
    ・ Cable: Approximately 60 cm long, 4-core shielded wire
    ・ Measurement flow (tweezers): Approximately 12.5 cm (contact part is gold-plated)
    ・ Opening interval of probe tip: Approximately 1 cm (maximum 1.5 cm)
    ・ End of measurement terminal (+/- each pole): Contact base
