    This is a genuine probe for the LCR meter DE-5000 of DER-EE, Taiwan.
    Enables 4-terminal Kelvin connection measurement of chip components.
    One-touch attachment to the measurement terminal of the DE-5000 main unit.

    One-touch attachment/detachment method, measurement +/- polarity indication, with banana jack for guard
    4-wire Kelvin connection (connection to the main unit of the measuring instrument is gold-plated)
