Honda Dio 50 / Elite 50 "CASE CUTTING TOOL" for Stroker Crankshafts. Very Rare!

Found a few in shops in Taiwan. Hard to get!
Very Rare Dio Case Cutting Tool
To cut clearance for stroker crankshafts
These Cutting tool is used to cut the Dio / Elite / DD50 case to make clearance for the larger counter weight the stroker crankshaft has.
Best to use a drill press with a vise type base.
You will need to have an old crank main bearing.The bearing is used to guide the cutting tool so you cut straight. Best to have an old main bearing that you have sanded the outside and inside of the bearing. This is so as you trim, yes trim the case. You can than take out and stick in your stroker crankshaft to check you work.
It is best to trim metal little at a time. This is so you cut  cleaner and avoid messing up.
Note: Tool comes with a very sharp cutting tip & wrench like in the photos.
