LCR-Reader Basic is a handheld LCR- and ESR-meter with better than 0.5% basic accuracy and basic features. The LCR-Reader makes it easy to identify components with just a touch. Simply turn the device on the grasp a component with the gold-plated tweezer tips. The device will instantly determine the type of component and test accordingly. LCR-Reader uses a 0.5 Vrms test signal amplitude and automatic test frequency.
The device is controlled using a one-button navigation; it will cycle through test modes (Automatic, Inductance (L), Capacitance (C) and Resistance (R). All measurement values are instantly available on the bright OLED, including any secondary (ESR) values.
LCR-Reader is powered by a Li-Ion battery and charges via micro-USB. This device is perfect for in-field work as it only weighs 1 oz. and comes with a hard-shelled carrying case.
