Very Good to Excellent Condition, 1969/1980's model Fisher Price Play Family Brown Tudor House #952 Set. Nice Clean Set ! This house play set is a complete mid 80's (probably 1985) version. Check out pictures for details of all pieces... 18 Pieces of Good to Very Good FP ! Family pieces are all Plastic body and heads. Lithos on house are nice and are complete. The house has a masonite base. It does have corners damaged. Foam on beds has been replaced. Color is very good on people. All of the doors and wheels work great. Door Bell works great. There are some play marks but Good to VGC overall. Lithos are in good clean condition. Like all my FP, I clean them, repair or replace parts as needed. I believe they will always need a little extra cleaning for your little ones (I always did).
