    It is your responsibility at the time of delivery to inspect the merchandise, especially for large appliances. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected. If it does not pass your inspection, tell the delivery company that you can not accept it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. Once you sign for the package you accept full responsibility. You have up to 48 hours to contact us either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged.  Even if you do not intend to install your merchandise right away, please be sure to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage.  If you wait more than two days, its hard to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem incurred by damage, but please be aware that it is your full responsibility to inspect all goods before signing for them.
