    Description

    When Madame designed Cissy's exquisite frocks she often added sashes, tacked with tucks to her bodices, and tiny forget me nots which could be stitched to shoulder, sleeve or waist. I've incorporated the satin sash, vintage posies, and bows at the shoulder of this sundress. There are the requisite Alexander details--- beautiful old sprigged cotton fabric, lined bodice, blind stitched two inch hem and square snaps
    . I've used gorgeous vintage val lace at the sleeves.
    The petticoat, of new taffeta, is lined with tightly gathered pink tulle.
