Tteokbokki Recipe
Instruction
1. Soak rice cakes in warm water for 10 minutes.
2. Slice fishcakes and scallions. Boil eggs.
3. Add Surasang sauce and water into a shallow pot and bring it to over medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. Put softened rice cakes into the pot and boil them until fully cooked.
5. Add fish cakes, boiled eggs and scallions. Simmer it over low heat for 7 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
