Tean's Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste(Tumisan Kari Ayam)
This is a Malaysian Traditional Cuisine
All ready in 25 minutes
Cooking Instructions(serves 6)
1. Put 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Paste for Chicken Curry,1.5 kg chicken pieces and 2 potatoes(cut them in wedges)
into wok or pan.
Mix and fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add 250 ml to 500 ml of water and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
Then add 200 ml of coconut milk in and stir well and bring it to a quick boil.
Serve hot.
