46mm (63cc) UP-GRADED CYLINDER KIT
This CMR 63cc (46mm) Up-Graded Cylinder kit for the 1985 thru 1987 Honda Aero 50 (NB50). Complete Cylinder kit, less cylinder head. The kit is made to run with the stock cylinder head. Make sure you have your head.
This is a good replacement cylinder kit for your 85~87 Honda Aero 50 if your bore is worn, or maybe seized.  Or maybe want more power for your scoot. Adds more "get up and go" & hill
climbing
power.
This CMR kit will work with your stock Aero 50 muffler and stock carb. You will need to change your main Jet to a #88 or #90 in size and add 1oz 2 cycle oil to a tank of gas. Your Oil injector can not pump in enough Oil for the Up-Graded kit.
(This Up-Graded Kit will also fit the 1987 Elite 50 / SE50 model).
The Up-Graded Cylinder Kit comes with:
* 46mm Cylinder Bore
* Piston
* Rings
* Pin & Clips
* Head, Base & Exhaust Gaskets
* 2 extra Base Gasket. For 1985 Model, if needed.
*Note: You install this up-graded cylinder as you would a stock replacement cylinder. So it is good to use Honda Repair Manual or have a scooter
mechanic
install it.
One Aero 50 model, the cylinder touches the intake reed block. So you may need to file it a little for clearance. Only a little. Very simple.
You need to run a cooler spark plug like a NGK-B8HS. Run a larger Main Jet is stock carb (#88 or #90). You will need to add
1oz 2stroke Oil
to a tank of gas because stock oil pump made for 50cc. We will include a 1oz measuring cup with kit.
IMPORTANT: You "NEED" to break-in new cylinder. This means short rides using no more than 2/3 of throttle and letting motor cool down in
between rides. Break-In is for about 1 or 2 tanks of gas.
* We will include Extra Base Gaskets for deck height "if" clearance is needed in the 1985 NB50 which comes with a Flat Top piston.
