VINTAGE 1950 MADAME ALEXANDER DOLL MAGGIE ROSAMUND HTF LAVENDER DRESS BRIDESMAID
VINTAGE 1950 MADAME ALEXANDER DOLL MAGGIE ROSAMUND HTF LAVENDER DRESS BRIDESMAID
This is a vintage 1950’s Madame Alexander Maggie ROSAMUND Bridesmaid straight leg walker doll.  The doll is about 14 1/2” tall with blonde hair, and dark blue sleep eyes.  The doll is wearing a hard to find pale lavender dress with dark lavaender net overs skirt decorated with flowers and faux diamonds.  The dress has net ruffle trim around the neckline, net shoulder straps and net over the bodice.  She has matching pale lavender panties, white hose and cranberry color slip on shoes. The shoes have holes on each top side, so they may be missing a tie.  There is a tear by one hole on each side.  One hose has a hole near the top, and there appears to be some dirt spots on the hose. She has a matching pale lavender head band decorated with flowers and a stretch chin strap that has lost its stretch.  The doll has a some small pale spots on her face and what appears to be a mark on the side of her face.  This places may or may not come off.   The back of her dress at the top has a place that appears to have had a dress tag at one time.  There may or may not be some missing top ruffle at the same spot, or there may not have been a ruffle where the dress tag was.    There is a tear at the bottom edge upward on the front side that probably could be repaired.  The netting has some pale brown places from shelf dust and storage over the years.   The doll probably could use some light cleaning.  Her hair has some loose hairs on the back.  This doll was purchased from an estate with many other treasures.  This doll has been stored for many years.  This beautiful vintage 1950’s Madame Alexander Maggie ROSAMUND Bridesmaid appears to be in good used vintage condition, except as noted and is offered as is.
