Vintage 1991 MTV Movie Awards Nominee Ballot and Paperwork. The ballot was filled out but never turned in. This was the very first mtv movie awards show, which is pretty cool. Also includes a Polaroid picture in a custom MTV sleeve from when they visited the MTV Museum of Unatural History. Please look at all pictures for condition before purchase.
