Near mint. Vintage original Madame Alexander Portrette/Cissette doll stockings and panties. Think these are from the 1970's or 80's.  Off-white nylon stockings with thigh elastic. No damage.  White puffy taffeta panties or undies with lace trim. Kinda like a demi-pantaloon.  Waist elastic is perfect.  (June).
