    This is a pretty fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20). The hat is a Vintage Millinery lace Cartwheel body with a Peachy-Pink silk bound edge. Decorated with a Vintage silk and velvet spray, pale net drape, and rhinestone accent. I added a gold elastic strap with Millinery staples to keep it in place. Perfect for Summer! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
