    This is a stylish fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy (20"). The hat is a veiled Vintage Ivory velvet covered Bandeau, Decorated with an Antique velvet leaf and berry spray with rhinestone accents. I used Vintage black veiling. Held in place with an elastic strap. The matching Vintage Lucite bag has a Gold/Ivory cord strap, matching velvet spray with rhinestone accent. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
