    Description

    Powers up, measures in the right neighborhood on a choke coil and a 1k resistor.  The power jack will need to be replaced.  The displays wiggles around a little bit, like maybe the CRT (or whatever it is) needs some attention.  This listing includes a pair of kelvin clips which will need new springs.  Sold as is.
