This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an off white wide brim with an open crown, wired brim edge, and net tie. The crown is decorated with Vintage sprays of variegated silk Lilacs and cloth Lily of The Valley with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has a strap handle and corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
