    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a white ruffled Fascinator Cocktail  decorated with a
    rhin
    estone "brooch" at center. The body is sprinkled with rhinestone accents. Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
