**Madame Alexander 17” Wendy Bride~Original Tagged Dress!**

Description

Sweet Wendy doll~!  She is approximately 17 inches tall and is all composition.  Her eyebrows are single stroke painted medium brown brows and she has brown root beer sleep eyes with a touch of brown shadow, soft upper lashes and painted lower lashes.  Her cheeks are rosy and she has a little red painted mouth.  She is marked on the back of her neck with raised lettering that looks like Alexander but her wig hides most of it and I can’t really make it out.  She has been re-strung and has some light crazing on her face, some rubs around her joints and light crazing and a spot or two here and there but overall is a very clean and well taken care of looking doll~!
Her hair is a soft blonde, feels like mohair wig, fairly clean with a side part and round little curls around her face.  It looks pretty full and appears to be original.  Very pretty~!
She has vintage soft white light taffeta panties with a tie in the back at the waist and a little lace trim around each leg.  They may have a spot or two here and there but appear pretty clean.  Nice vintage underwear~!
Her dress is a matching white light taffeta with an overlay of sheer white material with a double row of white ribbon trim around the waistline and a double row around the shoulders of the sheer long sleeves.  There is a single white ribbon row around the wrist lines of the sleeves and a double row across the bodice with a ribbon bow in the middle of each row.   There are two snaps in the back for closure and the white tag at the top of the neckline in the back with blue lettering that reads Madame Alexander New York U.S.A.  Pretty clean original dress~!
She has white short stretchy stockings with vintage off white side snap shoes with a single snap on each one.  One of the shoes has only the partial sole.  The stockings are not as white as they were when new and may need a cleaning, that would be her new mom’s choice.
She’s pretty clean and in good shape for her age~!  Darling Madame Alexander doll~!
